WeChat public accounts include "Wuchuan Tongcheng", "Suiyang Tongcheng", "Pingba Tongcheng", "Qianxi People Tongcheng", "Puding People Tongcheng", "Ziyun Tongcheng", "Wuchuan Longmen Array", "Huangping People Tongcheng", "Xifeng People Tongcheng", "Panzhou People Tongcheng", "Jiangkou People Tongcheng", "Liping People Tongcheng", "Tianzhu People Tongcheng", "Dushan People Tongcheng", and "Longli People Tongcheng", Without Internet news information service license, it has released news information in violation of regulations for a long time, used vulgar titles and videos to attract traffic, damaged the network communication order and network ecological environment, and caused adverse social impact.
If the above websites and accounts violate laws and regulations such as the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Ecological Governance of Network Information Content, the network information department and relevant departments will deal with them according to law. Article 6 The producers of network information content shall not produce, copy or publish illegal information containing the following contents:

Article 7 The producers of network information content shall take measures to prevent and resist the production, reproduction and release of bad information containing the following contents:
（1） The use of exaggerated titles, the content of which is seriously inconsistent with the title;
（2） Hyping scandals, scandals, bad deeds, etc;
（3） Improperly commenting on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters;
（4） Those with sexual suggestion, sexual provocation, etc. that are easy to make people have sexual associations;
（5） Showing bloody, thrilling, cruel and other causes physical and mental discomfort;
（6） Inciting crowd discrimination, regional discrimination, etc;
（7） Publicizing vulgar, vulgar and kitsch contents;
（8） It may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, violate social morality, and induce minors' bad habits;
（9） Other contents that have adverse effects on the network ecology.
