The reporter learned from North China Electric Power University that after the outbreak of the epidemic, the school's counselors and teachers became "big white" and "small blue" at the first time, stationed on duty in the buildings, and provided good service for students. Three meals a day, they sent the food to the students at the fastest speed.
They went deep into the students through online and offline ways to respond to concerns and solve problems at the first time, formed 107 floor contact groups covering all students inside and outside the school, collected more than 700 questions and appeals, and explained and replied at the first time. When students need it most, they can enter the isolation point outside the school, help students communicate and solve more than 300 problems a day, respond to various emergencies at any time, and at the same time, carry out care and emotional pacification.

The hospital of North China Electric Power University set up an online diagnosis and treatment team at the first time, which is open 24 hours a day. The online and offline "two pronged approach" meets the medical needs of teachers and students.
Since the school implemented closed management, the school hospital has adjusted the diagnosis and treatment methods in a timely manner, used WeChat groups, telephones, and enterprise WeChat online to answer teachers and students' inquiries, and established a whole set of service processes of "inquiry registration disposal write off" to provide teachers and students with 24-hour non-stop medical treatment services.
It is reported that the daily outpatient work is directly transferred to the online, which brings great pressure to the doctors on duty in the emergency room. The doctors on duty are almost all day long. The emergency room has been busy with the telephone service, with an average of more than 200 person times of telephone service handled every day.
