The government service robot consists of four servers: the management server, the application server and the web server, and the database. After the upgrade, one NGINX server is added according to the needs of functional expansion. The management server, the application server, and the web server need to be developed horizontally in the later stage to ensure that users do not have a single point of failure when using intelligent question and answer.
According to the calculation of Changping District website visits and online processing acceptance of government affairs services, the number of users covered will be more than 1 million, and with the promotion of Changping District government intelligent services, the number of application visits will increase year by year.
