According to the requirements of the Notice of the Beijing Municipal Government Affairs Service Administration on, artificial intelligence "Pingping" has been embedded in the head of the whole website of Changping District Government Portal, with 13 functions such as knowledge base sorting, phone one click dialing, improving policy query and interpretation, improving the response time of intelligent questions and answers, intelligent input and association, and online evaluation, It should support the online service consultation, government knowledge answer, epidemic prevention knowledge answer of Changping District government portal website, and provide 7 × 24 online intelligent customer service.
The government service robot consists of four servers: the management server, the application server and the web server, and the database. After the upgrade, one NGINX server is added according to the needs of functional expansion. The management server, the application server, and the web server need to be developed horizontally in the later stage to ensure that users do not have a single point of failure when using intelligent question and answer.
According to the calculation of Changping District website visits and online processing acceptance of government affairs services, the number of users covered will be more than 1 million, and with the promotion of Changping District government intelligent services, the number of application visits will increase year by year. As the first intelligent voice interactive robot for government websites in China, its design positioning is a benchmark for intelligent service of national excellent government websites.
