On November 22, the police found that the flow of funds in the bank account of Wang Mou, a resident of Huanan Forestry Bureau Co., Ltd., was abnormal, and many unknown funds flowed in and quickly transferred out. Wang Mou was summoned to the public security organ for investigation.

After investigation, in early November, Wang learned through the Internet that a way of "making money easily" is to use his bank card to collect money for online criminal activities and draw commissions from it. Wang, together with his "good friends" Shi and Zhang, rented his bank card to others for "posting" online gambling funds.

The investigators quickly attacked and arrested the three men. At present, three suspects have been taken criminal coercive measures in accordance with the law because they are suspected of hiding their crimes, and the case is under further investigation.
