01 One Pass Top Professional Certificate
Applicable types: senior scientific and technological talents, top professionals, business investors, investors, corporate executives
The new permit is valid for 5 years. If you leave your job while holding the permit, you can continue to live in Singapore for half a year, so that you can find a job again;
After applying for the permit, you can enter the country to live and then find a job
If overseas applicants with permit intend to work in Singapore, they do not need to apply for a new work permit. They can work and live in Singapore only by obtaining consent
The person who has obtained the permit can work or operate in several different enterprises at the same time.
ONE Pass application opening time: January 1, 2023
First validity period of ONE Pass approval: 5 years
Requirements for One Pass permit application:
1. The monthly salary of the top foreign talents applied for in the past year must reach 30000 Singapore dollars (about 148579 yuan), or they will earn the same monthly salary when they come to local.
2. Overseas applicants must also prove that they have held an important position in an enterprise with a market value of more than 500 million dollars (about 3.45 billion yuan) or an annual revenue of more than 200 million dollars, and have worked for at least one year.
3. Individuals with outstanding achievements in culture, art, sports, science and technology and academia may not have to meet the above monthly salary threshold. Their qualifications for applying for the permit will be jointly reviewed by the Ministry of Human Resources and relevant government departments.
02 Tech Pass
Suitable type:
Scientific and technological talents in game, Internet, science and technology, network security, biological science, software engineering and other innovative fields
After applying for the permit, you can enter the country to live and then find a job;
The applicant does not have to be employed by a Singaporean enterprise. It can be an employee of a Singaporean enterprise, or can directly start a business, become an investor, or serve as a director in Singapore;
Personnel who currently hold Employment Pass, Personalized Employment Pass and other permits can also apply for replacing their permits as science and technology permits if they meet the conditions.
The annual limit of Tech Pass is 500, first come, first served
First term of validity of Tech Pass approval: 2 years
Tech Pass permit application requirements (meet any of the following two requirements):
1. The fixed monthly salary of the past year shall be at least 20000 New Dollars (about 90000 yuan) or equivalent foreign currency;
2. Served as a leader in a technology company with a market capitalization of at least US $500 million or a capital of at least US $30 million for at least 5 years; as well as
3. Have played a leading role in the R&D of scientific and technological products with at least 100000 active users per month or at least $100 million in revenue for at least five years.
03 Entre Pass
Suitable type:
Patent talents with innovative technology, entrepreneurs investing in Singapore, innovative talents/entrepreneurs capable of obtaining investment, and international investors
It needs to meet the needs of Singapore's industries, such as high-tech, environmental protection and energy conservation industries (strictly speaking, there is no industry limit, but some industries cannot obtain the approval of Entre Pass, such as catering, feng shui, etc.)
First validity period of the Entry Pass approval: 1-2 years
Requirements for Entre Pass application:
1. It is required to register a local company in Singapore in ACRA, which must be applied within 6 months of the company's establishment
2. The registered capital of a Singapore company should be at least 50000 yuan, and the applicant should own at least 30% of the company's shares
3. The applicant needs to provide a detailed business plan in strict accordance with government requirements and meet the requirements;
4. The total annual expenditure of the company of the applicant in the second year of holding the permit is at least S $100000, which will increase to S $200000 to S $400000 when the permit is renewed.

1.Employment Pass（EP）
EP is the highest level work permit issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore. The applicant needs to be a senior manager of the company with excellent professional background. According to the latest requirements of MOM: from September 1, 2022, the minimum monthly salary applied by EP is 5000 Singapore dollars.
2. S Pass（SP）
SP is the work permit set by the Ministry of Human Resources for foreign employees with intermediate technical level. Education requirements: college, undergraduate or technical qualification certification. The minimum monthly salary applied is 3000 Singapore dollars, but the company needs to meet the corresponding quota. For example, the number of SPs in the service industry cannot exceed 13% of the total employees, and the number of SPs in other industries is 20%.
3. Work Permit (WP)
The work permit set by the Ministry of Human Resources for low level foreign employees. No salary and education requirements, but age requirements: Malaysian (18-58 years old), non Malaysian (18-50 years old); Like SP, the company has a quota, and the number of service industry WP in the company cannot exceed 8% (there is one WP quota for 12 ordinary local talents, and one WP quota for 7 special industry local talents).
