As a mature Nas product, Qunhui not only provides stable and reliable data management, but also a good small server. The built-in plug-in can help you complete some tasks on the server, such as installing WordPress on Qunhui today.
Install the necessary plug-ins
Install the following four plug-ins.
When installing MariaDB10, you will be asked to enter a password, which is your database password.
Set Database
Open phpMyAdmin. The user name is root and the password is the password set just now. Create a new database named wordpress.
Set Web Station
Add a virtual host at the web service portal of the Web Station.
Our portal type selection is based on the port. We set two port numbers for HTTP and HTTPS respectively. We need to forward these two port numbers later.
Set the file directory of wordpress and modify the directory permissions.
In the script language setting, we select all extensions. Later, we need to use some PHP services. Here I select all extensions.
Install WordPress
Upload the Wordpress installation package downloaded from the official website to the wordpress directory just set. After uploading, unzip it. The directory path after unzipping is web/wordpress
Enter your Qunhui address and the port number we just set for WordPress in the browser, and we enter the WordPress installation interface.
Enter the information required by the configuration. The database name is the wordpress we just set. The user name and password are your database user name and password. The database host should fill in the local. I need to add a 3307 port number here. You can fill in the local address now. If you can't fill in a port number, try it.
After setting, you will enter the WordPress background setting interface, which can be set as required.
After everything is set, log in to the background interface. You can upload some themes for optimization.
The installation of WordPress in Qunhui is over. In fact, the process is simple and not complicated. Please note that you should not forget to add permissions to the directory of WordPress.
