CS、CMS AND CM DIFFERENCIAL PRESSURE INDICATOR
Cs type differential pressure transmitter is mainly used for pipeline filter. When the hydraulic system is working, the filter element in the filter is gradually blocked due to the interception of pollutants in the system, and the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the oil produces a pressure difference (i.e. the pressure loss of the filter element). When the pressure difference increases to the setting value of the transmitter, the transmitter automatically sends a signal to instruct the system operator to clean or replace the filter element to ensure the safe operation of the system.
1. CS type and CS-IV type transmitters give an alarm to the blockage of the oil filter in the form of a switch, or cut off the control circuit related to the hydraulic system in the form of a switch, so as to protect the safety of the system.
The connection thread of CS-III differential pressure transmitter is M22X1.5.
The connection dimensions of CM type differential pressure transmitter are the same as those of CS-II and CS-V.
CMS type differential pressure transmitter is similar to CM type in application and has visual indication.
2. CM-I type is a visual differential pressure transmitter. The red indicating button on the upper end of the transmitter highlights that the transmitter acts and has given an alarm. When the filter element is cleaned or replaced, the red indicating button of the transmitter should be reset manually. The connection thread of the transmitter is M22X1.5.
