Recently, according to the online inspection and public reports, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with relevant departments, verified and closed 14 counterfeit websites. Their website names, websites and page contents are highly similar to the official website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for querying "vocational qualification certificates" and "vocational skill grade certificates", which is easy to mislead the public. At present, these 14 websites have been shut down.

In April this year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Central Cyberspace Office issued the Notice on Carrying out the Network Governance of "Shanzhai Certificates" in the technical skills category to conduct network governance of "Shanzhai Certificates" in the technical skills category. Next, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will work with relevant departments to continue to intensify the crackdown on "fake certificates", check and shut down one after another for clues such as fake websites, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Skills evaluation certificates recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security can be queried through the skilled talents evaluation website (www.osta.org.cn and osta.mohrss.gov.cn). The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security reminds the general public to consciously resist various "copycat certificates" and jointly maintain normal social order.
