Zhitong Finance APP reported that Haichang Ocean Park (02255) announced that the Group had recently signed a cooperation framework agreement with Dalian Forest Zoo Co., Ltd., and the two sides would jointly create an international IP themed entertainment project for Dalian Forest Zoo.
According to the cooperation framework agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, jointly invest, and cooperate to build an indoor parent-child snow amusement park at the performance venue of Dalian Forest Zoo Phase II, with a construction area of about 4300 square meters. It is proposed to set up an international IP theme interaction area, polar marine animals exhibition area, ice and snow play area, ice performance area, catering coffee area, etc.
Dalian Forest Zoo Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalian Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., a municipal state-owned enterprise in Dalian. Dalian Forest Zoo is located in the Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area on the south coast of Dalian, with a total area of about 7.2 square kilometers. It became one of the first national AAAA scenic spots in 2000.
