The method is actually very simple. You just need to log in to the background>>Settings>>Multimedia>>Set the corresponding parameters to "0">>Cancel "Cutting preview to the given size">>Save. Answer: Re select the image to upload and set it as a thumbnail, or edit the image and select the display size.
